    • Your order number

    • A clear photo of the item and issue

  2. Our support team will review and respond within 2 business days.

Exchange Policy

  • Exchanges are only offered for defective, damaged, or incorrect items.

  • Once approved, we will provide a prepaid return label and send a replacement at no extra cost.

Refund Policy

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method once we receive and inspect the returned item.

  • Processing time: 3–5 business days after we receive your return.
